Intense amber, clear. Aroma of toasted dried fruit, acacia honey, caramelized figs, balsamic notes. On the palate, soft attack, enveloping sweetness balanced by fresh acidity, full body. Complex evolution, with hints of toasted almond, saffron, and a saline touch. Long and persistent finish, with notes of dehydrated apricot and great aging potential. Ideal with almond cantucci, dried fruit tarts, blue cheeses, and dark chocolate.
