01As an IGT Toscana Rosso, Fanti's Poggio Torto is not bound by strict regulations dictating specific grape varietals, thus allowing it to express its territoriality through a free varietal choice. In this case, the protagonist is Cabernet Sauvignon, which lends the wine a well-defined character. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red, ready to reveal aromas on the nose that recall ripe dark fruit and, with a little attention, slightly vegetal notes typical of the varietal.
