Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Sangiovese, the principal grape variety of Tuscany and particularly of the Chianti Classico area, finds its ideal expression in this territory to yield wines of character and notable depth.
-
Palate & Finish
02In the glass, Chianti Classico Riserva Dieulele presents an intense ruby color, heralding a certain structure. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruit emerge, accompanied by tertiary nuances typical of aging, which foreshadow a rich and complex tasting experience.

At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with a Bistecca alla Fiorentina, slow-cooked wild boar, or a selection of aged Tuscan cheeses.
