The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Dievole, in the heart of Tuscany, works with respect for the land and the nobility of indigenous grape varietals. Their Chianti Classico Petrignano appears in the glass with an intense ruby color, promising vibrant expressiveness. On the nose, scents are perceived that evoke the Mediterranean scrub and ripe red fruits, with an earthy touch that speaks of its origin.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, this red offers a present but well-integrated tannic structure, supported by a fresh acidity that ensures its liveliness.

At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with grilled Florentine steak, pasta with wild boar ragu, or a classic peposo alla fornacina.
