Appearance & Nose
01The Valpolicella Superiore DOC, as per the regulations, requires vinification that enhances the territory's principal grape variety, Corvina, imparting pleasant freshness and good structure to the wine. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color, a reflection of its achieved maturity. On the nose, fruity notes emerge, reminiscent of ripe cherry, supported by a delicate spiciness.
