Appearance & Nose
01A Chianti Classico Riserva, as required by the regulations, carries with it the expression of Sangiovese, the protagonist grape of Tuscany, and its red typicity promises depth. In the glass, it presents an intense color, a prelude to a complexity that slowly reveals itself on the nose, with notes reminiscent of earth and the ripeness of the fruit.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, its structure makes itself felt, with a good gustatory presence that invites us to imagine robust and territorial dishes, such as grilled Florentine steak or pappa al pomodoro.
