Pinot Grigio
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Col d'Orcia, always attentive to the expression of the Tuscan territory, presents us with a Pinot Grigio that reflects a certain maturity, with its 14.50% alcohol by volume, the result of winemaking that enhances its fullness. In the glass, it reveals itself with a vibrant straw yellow. The nose reveals delicate notes reminiscent of ripe white fruit, on a slightly mineral background.

At the Table
03It is a Pinot Grigio that pairs well with dishes such as baked sea bream fillet with potatoes, porcini mushroom risotto, or duck breast with orange.
