The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators

Appearance & Nose
01Malvasia, an unusual grape for a Chianti, gives this Colli Senesi a pleasant hue reminiscent of bright orange in the glass. On the nose, there are light floral notes and a hint of barely perceptible red fruit, typical of Sangiovese which is not present, but which the tradition of the appellation evokes.

At the Table
03This wine pairs splendidly with pappa al pomodoro, ribollita, or rabbit in porchetta.
