Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Chianti Classico, in this Riserva version produced by Castello di Gabbiano, carries with it the elegance imposed by the regulations, which require at least 24 months of aging, including at least 3 in the bottle. In the glass, this Tuscan red presents itself with good brilliance, ready to open up on the nose with aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits and an earthy note typical of the territory.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, its solid structure and lively acidity make it an ideal companion for a hearty ribollita, a bistecca alla fiorentina, or a stewed wild boar.
