It presents itself in the glass with a beautiful bright ruby color, a prelude to complex aromas that unfold between notes of ripe fruit and earthy nuances, with a slight hint of leather adding depth.

02On the palate, its structure reveals itself to be full, supported by an elegant yet well-present tannic weave, inviting thoughts of savory dishes such as grilled bistecca alla fiorentina, braised wild boar, or roasted guinea fowl.
