Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Agricola Caprera, with its clay hills facing the Adriatic, presents us with a Pecorino that speaks of its territory.

Palate & Finish
02Hand-picked and delicately processed, this white wine ferments spontaneously in steel and ages on its fine lees, revealing a marked sapidity and an important structure, but without sacrificing a distinct freshness. Marine, briny notes emerge on the nose, heralding a complexity rich in substance, a wine that lends itself magnificently to accompanying seafood dishes such as raw scampi, spaghetti with clams, or sea bream fillet with a potato crust.
