It shines with a pale straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage, offering fragrant notes of green apple, pear, and a delicate hint of white flowers on the nose. On the palate, the Extra Dry reveals itself to be soft and pleasantly fruity, with a slight sweetness balanced by a marked freshness. Ideal with light appetizers, shellfish, vegetable risottos, fresh cheeses, and dry pastries.
