Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it presents notes of green apple and acacia flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, delicate, with a very fine bubble that encourages a second sip. Light structure, harmonious balance, good persistence. Clean and pleasant finish. Excellent as an aperitif, with fish and crustacean appetizers, light fried dishes, and fresh cheeses.
