Curation Note

Deep ruby red with violet hues, clear.
On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruit, violet, sweet spices, and a hint of tobacco.
The attack is soft, with good freshness and silky tannins, medium-bodied.
On the palate, it develops complexity with evolved notes of licorice and cocoa, well-balanced and persistent.
A long and enveloping finish, with good aging potential.
It pairs beautifully with braised meats, game, aged cheeses, and mushroom dishes.
