Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Black Skin Chardonnay, from grapes grown in Tuscany, presents itself in the glass with a clear straw yellow. On the nose, aromas emerge reminiscent of ripe fruit and Mediterranean scrub.
-
Palate & Finish
02In the mouth, a pleasant softness is perceived, supported by a vein of acidity that gives it liveliness.
-
At the Table
03It pairs well with baked fish dishes, grilled vegetables, and a first course with shellfish.
