02It presents itself in the glass with a color that evokes the sweetness of the setting sun, a prelude to a bouquet in which mature notes of dried fruit emerge alongside a subtly hinted floral note. The palate embraces a velvety sweetness, supported by a pleasant freshness that tempers its intensity, making it an ideal companion for dried fruit tarts, Neapolitan pastiera, and blue cheeses.
