Bright rosé with fine and persistent perlage. Floral nose of dog rose and violet, with notes of small red fruits like pomegranate and wild strawberry, herbaceous nuances. Vibrant attack, savory freshness and elegant tannins, dynamic medium body. Complex evolution, good structure, remarkable balance and medium-long finish. Notes of cherry and sweet spices, good aging potential. Ideal with beef tartare, agnolotti del plin, honey-glazed duck breast.
