Curation Note

Intense and bright ruby red. On the nose, fine and vinous, it opens with notes of licorice and ripe berries. In the mouth, a vivid and juicy attack, with pronounced acidity and dusty tannins. Medium-bodied structure, balanced and decisive, it finishes with a chalky and persistent finish. Ideal with mixed boiled meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
