Nebbiolo d'Alba D.o.c.
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Nebbiolo d'Alba D.O.C. presents itself as a red that embodies the typicality of the Nebbiolo grape, as mandated by the regulations. In the glass, this wine fades from intense ruby with faint garnet reflections, suggesting a certain youthfulness but also the intrinsic complexity of the varietal. On the nose, aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruit and a hint of spice are perceived, with a delicate earthy note that underscores its Piedmontese origin.
