Pale golden yellow, clear. Nose of white peach, almond blossom and a herbaceous hint. Fresh, dry, with a pleasant bitter finish and a velvety body. Slight complexity, good structure and medium persistence. Clean finish, with notes of toasted almond, ideal with seafood starters, crustaceans, light fried dishes and grilled vegetables.
