Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Chianti Classico Riserva, by regulation, requires at least 80% Sangiovese, ensuring a base of aromas and structure typical of the grape variety and the Tuscan territory. In the glass, it presents a beautiful intense ruby red, promising a vibrant expression. On the nose, ripe fruity notes and a hint of sweet spices are perceived.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, it reveals good complexity, with a vein of acidity that cleanses the sip and tannins that are well-present but integrated.

At the Table
03It pairs splendidly with a Bistecca alla Fiorentina, wild boar ragu, or roast veal.
