Deep ruby red with garnet reflections, Amarone La Rosta presents intense aromas of dried cherry, plum, and hints of dark chocolate and tobacco. The palate is full-bodied and velvety with ripe dark fruit, subtle spice, and a long, elegant finish characteristic of Corvina. This wine pairs beautifully with braised lamb, aged Parmesan, wild boar stew, and rich mushroom risotto.
