The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01From the hills of Spoltore, where the medium-textured soil with a light skeleton and guyot-trained vines with 5,000 plants per hectare impart character, emerges this organic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC.
-
Palate & Finish
02Fermentation in steel, with about ten days on the skins, and subsequent seven months in steel and four in bottle, define a wine with a straightforward profile.
-
At the Table
03It presents with intensity in the glass, promising notes that pair well with Abruzzese gastronomic tradition, such as wild boar ragù or grilled arrosticini.
