The Tasting

Palate & Finish
02Vinification involves maceration for 20-25 days on the skins in a truncated cone wooden vat, followed by 12 months of aging in tonneaux and a further period in the bottle. On the nose, the characteristic notes of the grape variety are perceived, while on the palate, it reveals itself as a wine ready to drink, ideal for accompanying dishes such as herb-roasted pork, beef tagliata with baked potatoes, or wild boar ragù.
