Appearance & Nose
01The Chianti Classico, with its regulations mandating Sangiovese predominance, expresses itself in the glass with an intense ruby color. On the nose, the aromatic notes open with scents reminiscent of ripe red fruit and a light spicy note, a typical expression of the Tuscan territory.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, it offers a pleasant structure and a well-present, yet integrated, tannin, making it an ideal companion for a Florentine steak, a braised wild boar, or a selection of aged pecorino cheeses.
