Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Barbaresco DOCG, a wine that by regulation requires aging of at least 29 months, 9 of which in wood, presents itself in the glass with a lively garnet hue that reflects its youth and its Piedmontese origin. Already on the nose, the aromatic complexity is perceived, evolved but still vibrant.
-
Palate & Finish
02On the palate, its structure unfolds with character, supported by remarkable richness.
-
At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with beef braised in Barolo, stewed game, or a selection of aged cheeses.
