01The Ciampani Cabernet Sauvignon IGT Veneto was born from Aldo Adami's desire to enhance an international grape variety within the Veneto context.

Palate & Finish
02In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color, promising a certain structure. On the nose, notes emerge reminiscent of ripe black fruit, with a slight vegetal hint that characterizes the varietal.

03On the palate, a pleasant sip is perceived, well-supported by a present but not intrusive tannic structure, inviting pairing with flavorful dishes such as beef stew with green pepper or roast guinea fowl with potatoes.
