Curation Note

Deep ruby red with ruby glints, this Valpolicella Ripasso exhibits aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and subtle notes of dried fig and almond. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, with a pleasant warmth and a lingering finish of dark fruit and a hint of spice. This wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, osso buco, pappardelle with wild boar ragu, and aged pecorino cheese.
